Whitley County Treasurer

Ms. Steely received her BS Degree from Cumberland College and her MA Degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a Certified Public Account in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and has served as County Treasurer since July of 1994. She is required to be bonded and is the only individual authorized to receive and disburse County Funds. The Treasurer keeps records and makes reports in compliance with the Kentucky Revised Statues and the Uniform System of Accounts for Kentucky Counties.
