The Whitley County E-911 Advisory Board is comprised of (7) seven members that develop policies and procedures for the Emergency Operations Center. The primary function is to advise the County Judge Executive and the Whitley County Fiscal Court on new developments of 911, and recommend changes in current policy as needed. This Board evaluates the communications needs and requirements for the fire departments, police departments, rescue and medical professionals of our county. Members consist of Police Officers, Fire Chiefs, Emergency Medical Personnel and Fiscal Court representation to encompass the need of all of our Emergency Services.
