Welcome to 4th Grade
Supply List
![]()
I am very excited about this school ear. I am, also, very happy to have your child in my classroom. With your help and support, our classroom should run smoothly and productively, providing a positive learning environment for your child.
I expect the very best your child has to offer in attendance, class effort, group participation, attitude toward myself and other classmates, and conduct. In return, I will give your child the best that I have to offer.
Please prepare your child for school with the necessary school materials, if you have not already done so. Please note the list of needed supplies listed on this page..
Occasionally, I will assign homework at the end of the day. If your child brings work home, it is generally because he or she required more than the provided time or some overdue assignment may need to be finished. Some projects may be assigned throughout the year which will require individual work at home.
Your child's graded schoolwork will be sent home every two weeks. Please examine your child's work then sign the attached evaluation sheet and send it back by your child. If do not receive this sheet, I will assume that you have not received your child's papers. I want you to be aware of our child's progress. It is your child's responsibility to bring this work to you and to return the evaluation sheet to me.
I strongly encourage parent-teacher communication concerning your child's overall performance. Please set up any conference in advance, by sending a note or calling the office. I will gladly meet with you at the earliest convenience. I hope we can work together in making this a very profitable year for your child.

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE! If your child must miss 2 or more consecutive days of school, please pick up daily assignments. It is very easy to get behind in schoolwork! |
