conditions were right. The atmosphere was clear,
constellations and planets were visible, light wind, perfect
moon path, not a cloud in the sky and the right amount of
water going over the Falls to create the fine rising

The moonbow was visible
from dusk to at least midnight. The park closed at midnight
this particular night. The moon was waxing and it's path
started at the south end of the river to northwest between
the mountains south of the Falls, staying low in the sky,
reflecting moonlight down into the valley. Lots of light and
reflections. I guess the best words to use to describe this
Moonbow in Ky, - a beam of bright white light, a white
rainbow. And it was photographed 4 days before the full
moon.
